Account Creation and Authentication

Havlaa allows users to create an account using their phone number.
Authentication is performed using a one-time password (OTP) sent via WhatsApp.
No username-password combination is required.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user personal data.

We may share limited user data only with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the App, including:

  • Cloud hosting and database services (e.g., Firebase)

  • Analytics and crash reporting services

  • Authentication and messaging providers (WhatsApp OTP)

  • Payment service providers (for processing transactions)

All service providers are required to protect user data and use it only for the intended purpose.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including encryption in transit and secure server infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
